Luxury St Mary Apartments compromise of 4 Huge Studio Flats.

All flats are self-catered.  Flat 1, 2, 3 and 4 are all studio flats with a double divan bed except for Flat 4 as it has 2 single divan beds, small kitchenette and a shower room that has been recently refurbished to high standards. 

 

All flats can accommodate up to 2 adults and we can accept children on some occasions.

All our flats come furnished that includes, double divan bed except flat 4, quality linens (Egyptian cotton), chest of drawers and a wardrobes. We supply guest towels, hand towels, bath towels and toiletries to each guest. 

​

Every kitchenette comes with essential amenities including microwave with grill, electric kettle, cutleries, crockeries, kitchen towels, cooker. We do not provide washing machine in these flats however, there is the launderette 1 minute away from the apartment and we can supply you with the vouchers if needed. 

 

No smoking allowed i​nside the apartment at all times .

We have a FREE Business Virgin Media Broadband that has a speed of up to 350 mbps which is shared amongst 4 flats. 

​

Every Flat comes with a SMART TV including NETFLIX, Amazon Prime video, many more apps and FREEVIEW. 

​

We provide housekeeping service every week that gives you an opportunity to have a fresh set of bed linens for your comfort.

 

We do not provide on-site parking however, we recommend parking opposite the apartment that provides pay and display service.

The location of the apartment is very convenient for everyone as it is only 2 minutes away from the Solent University, local shops such as supermarkets, local shops, hairdressers, high street market, restaurants, casinos, West Quay shopping centre, hospitals, Southampton airport and ports.
