Luxury Blackberry Apartments compromise of 4 Studio Flats and 1 bedroom flat.

Each of the flat is self-catered.  Flat 2, 3, 4 and 5 are studio flats with a double divan bed, small kitchenette and a shower room that has been recently refurbished to high standards. 

 

Flat 1 is a one-bedroom flat with a lounge, kitchenette and a shower room.

​

Flat 3, 4, 5 and 6 can accommodate up to 1 adult while Flat 1 up to 2 adults. 

 

All our flats come furnished that includes, double divan bed except flat 4, quality linens (Egyptian cotton), chest of drawers and a wardrobes. We supply guest towels, hand towels, bath towels and toiletries to each guest.

Every kitchenette comes with essential amenities including microwave with grill, toaster, electric kettle, cutleries, crockeries, kitchen towels, cooker. Washing machine and dryer combi and ironing facilities are shared amongst 5 flats. 

​

There's a communal back garden which anyone can access and smoke in the garden but inside the apartment it is not allowed at all times due to fire safety reasons. 

​

We have a FREE Business Virgin Media Broadband that has a speed of up to 350 mbps which is shared amongst 5 flats. 

​

Every Flat comes with a SMART TV including NETFLIX, Amazon Prime video, many more apps and a FREVIEW. 

​

We provide housekeeping service every week that gives you an opportunity to have a fresh set of bed linens for your comfort.

 

We do not provide on-site parking however, we recommend parking in nearby streets or designated long term car parks which are located 2 minutes away from the property. If parking on the streets then you need to have a parking permit which we will be offering soon to our guests.

The location of the apartment is very convenient for everyone as it is only 2 minutes away from the Solent University, local shops such as Aldi, restaurants, casinos, West Quay shopping centre, hospitals, Southampton airport and ports.
